On stage: Perth (Dec 2011) & Brisbane/Melbourne (Mar 2011)
Earlier this year Shane joined Jeremy Clarkson and James May on-stage at the Brisbane and Melbourne shows of the Top Gear Live Prototype Tour in 2011.
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre season ran from March 3-6. The travelling Top Gear Live circus then headed south, with the Melbourne Showgrounds hosting the show from March 11-14.
Now it’s Perth’s turn! Join Shane and the boys at the Burswood Dome on the 8, 9 & 10 December 2011 for more motoring, mayhem and mucking about!

Channel 9′s A Current Affair program joins Shane behind the scenes at Top Gear Live in Dublin, for a preview of what we can expect at the upcoming Aussie shows!
Some candid video shot by Shane, and his explanation … “Finally, a fair race between a host of Top Gear Australia (yours truly Shane Jacobson) and the host of Top Gear UK (the right dishonorable Jeremy Clarkson), racing each other in golf carts on Hamilton Island in Australia. I’m not sure if he has entirely picked the right race line and in the second half of the video his cart isn’t as good under brakes clearly … funniest day in a golf cart I have ever had in my life! The game is on when we hit Melbourne this weekend for Top Gear Live!!”
